In the three cities of Chamchamal, Halabja, and Ranya, the Dutch organization SPARK launched the “Work for Work” campaign within the framework of the Change Network. This campaign, in which the Civil Development Organization (CDO) is one of SPARK’s partners, aims to develop the abilities and talents of young people to provide them with better opportunities for a brighter future.
